 of gravitational wave detection and astronomy in Mexico and Latin America\
 , by bringing together potentially interested scientists from the region w
 ith experts from the International Gravitational Wave Network (formerly kn
 own as the LVK collaboration) and the Einstein Telescope. The meeting will
  encompass a wide range of topics related to gravitational waves\, includi
 ng theoretical and observational aspects\, data analysis techniques and te
 chnological advancements for the current and next generation detectors. It
  will be an opportunity to encourage international cooperation and to fost
