  accelerated relativistic systems can lose their structural integrity. Thi
 s can be verified for a classical two-body problem such as two oppositely 
 charged particles in Rindler space. However\, can the hydrogen atom preser
 ve its internal structure under large accelerations? And in that case\, ca
 n it function as a two-level system that detects Unruh radiation by absorp
 tion or emission of radiation? In this talk we show a computation of the c
