In this talk I will present the recent line of research known as celestial holography. It seeks to find a holographic principle for (asymptotically) flat spacetimes in order to describe scattering processes (in 3+1 space-time dimensions) in terms of a holographic theory at the boundary of Minkowski space. Specifically, I am going to discuss how the field theory limit is recovered from string theory in the celestial basis for five gluons, for which the string moduli space allows for more types of limits.
