Fermilab's recent results on muon's anomalous magnetic moment have put the Standard Model in a very tight spot, this could represent the evidence for new physics. The SM can be seen as an effective theory at low energies and the higher energy physics would manifest in processes as NLO corrections. In this work we present a specific flavor symmetry structure within the MSSM for the soft SUSY breaking terms. We explore the consequences of this structure in flavor violation processes for the charged leptonic sector. We found a contribution that solves the $g-2$ muon discrepancy with SM, adding also contributions at NLO to $BR(\tau \to \mu \gamma)$ and $BR(h^0\to \tau \mu)$, which are constraints for possible solutions of the anomalous magnetic moment of the muon.
Through supersymmetric particles, we encounter non-universality in leptons interactions and an enlarged parameter space for $g-2$ solutions with respect to non-flavored MSSM.
