The aim of the conference is to promote the science of gravitational wave detection and astronomy in Mexico and Latin America, by bringing together potentially interested scientists from the region with experts from the International Gravitational Wave Network (formerly known as the LVK collaboration) and the Einstein Telescope. The meeting will encompass a wide range of topics related to gravitational waves, including theoretical and observational aspects, data analysis techniques and technological advancements for the current and next generation detectors. It will be an opportunity to encourage international cooperation and to foster regional leadership in the field.
